Take the bun, nicely warmed out of the oven. Grill your hot dog before placing it inside. Top it with a beefy chilli sauce – some kidney beans and diced red and green peppers in there too. Red cheese for topping.
And a final drop of soured cream with a scattering of
torn coriander to finish it all off!
