You have in front of you 6 mini hand-made, thin, stone-baked pizza bases (ok, maybe not home-made, any pizza base will do, but for us, we’re going home-made.)
Spread some tommy ketchup over or some pizza sauce. Place on top of each pizza Hot Dogs (these would be sliced across, a bit like pepperoni).
Now scatter with torn mozzarella balls and half cherry tomatoes.
Pop in a hot oven till the cheese is melting and finally scatter with lots of fresh basil. A drizzle of extra virgin oil and some cracked black peppercorns will finish the pizzas perfectly.
