Not French though, but American-Style, yee ha! A Brioche bun. Toasted, of course, with a smothering of smokey bbq sauce.
Make sure you add some sliced peppers, chopped hot dogs, melting Monterey Jack cheese, and a final topping of pickled red peppers.
Finally, a few extra jalapeno peppers on the side, a pot of coleslaw, and you’re done!
