2 slices of freshly toasted granary toast, brushed with a little butter. Spread lavishly with wholegrain mustard.
Then layer on some sliced grilled beefsteak tomatoes. Hot Dogs next, criss cross cut and grilled – a few grilled field mushrooms and crispy pancetta and then, crispy fried onions.
Add crushed black peppercorns and a pot of tomato ketchup on the side would be good to go. Enjoy!
