The combo of sweet chilli sauce and Hot Dogs works exceptionally well, and with some bite-sized chicken chunks and red pepper threaded along too, it makes a super quick, super tasty mid-week meal. Under the grill the sauce transforms into a sticky glaze, caramelising slightly on the edges – making them extra scrummy.
Use shortish bamboo sticks, so 3 as a serving would be perfect.
Served with egg noodles or perhaps some savoury couscous instead. Oh, and don’t forget the coriander garnish!
