Let’s go trad here… all ale and hearty. Red and white onions simmered in butter and hoppy beer. Wholegrain mustard smeared liberally inside your bun.
Then add your warmed hot dog to your bun.
Add your onions, tommy ketchup and mustard too if you wish. Some crispy onions and/or parsley on top too. Oh and a beer alongside… Cheers everyone, down the hatch!
